Mandurah's dolphins, without the crowds

Rarely. We cruise in most conditions, so dress for the weather and bring a warm top. If your skipper decides conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no cost.

Most guests pay on the day when they arrive at the boat, so if you need to cancel there’s nothing to refund — just let us know as soon as you can.

If you’ve paid in advance by invoice, we ask for at least one week’s notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside a week, or guests who don’t arrive, forfeit the payment. We hold the boat for you and usually can’t fill the spot at short notice.

If we have to cancel for weather or any other reason, you’ll be offered another date or a full refund.

Payment is taken on the day when you arrive at the boat — cash or card. If you’d prefer, we can send you a tax invoice in advance instead. Just let us know when you book.

There are no toilet facilities on board. Please use the bathroom before boarding.

Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone on 0411 515 293 or through the enquiry form on this website. Your booking is confirmed once we have contacted you to agree a date and time. Bookings close 12 hours prior to departure.

Minimum and maximum numbers

All cruises carry a maximum of ten passengers.

Minimum numbers apply for a cruise to operate. The Dolphin Cruise and Sunset Cruise each require a minimum of two passengers. The Christmas Light Cruise requires a minimum of six.

Cruises may be shared with other passengers. Bookings of six or more have exclusive use of the vessel.

Payment

Payment is taken on the day of your cruise when you arrive at the boat. We accept cash and card. We can also send you a tax iinvoice prior to departure with payment details.

Concessions

Children aged 12 and under travel at the discounted rate on the Dolphin Cruise. 

Cancellations and changes

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.

As payment is normally taken on the day, cancelling usually costs you nothing. Where payment has been made in advance by invoice, we require at least one week’s notice for a refund. Cancellations made less than one week before departure, and guests who do not arrive for a booked cruise, forfeit the payment.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your cruise, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund of anything paid.

Departure

All cruises depart from Mandurah Ocean Marina, Fathom Turn, Mandurah WA 6210 — out the front of Saggers Marine.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. Cruises depart on schedule and we are unable to delay for late arrivals.

Sunset Cruise departure times vary through the year, as the cruise leaves 45 minutes before sunset. Your exact departure time will be confirmed when you book.

On board

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. An esky and ice are supplied at no extra charge.

Accessibility

The vessel is wheelchair accessible with comfortable seating for all passengers. Please let us know of any accessibility requirements when booking so we can assist you on the day.

Wildlife

Mandurah’s dolphins are wild animals in their natural environment. While we see them regularly, sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Safety

Passengers must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times. The skipper may refuse boarding or end a cruise early where it is necessary for passenger safety.
